Before making someone an Admin of your event ask their permission first. Making someone an Admin of your event implies they are promoting your event. (If you are promoting for a non-profit organization or charitable event this doesn’t apply to you.)

yuh have a good point if you not supporting or a sponsor for the event why make u an admin. My problem is have 100 invited to the same party but the 100 djs thats on just make on invite and done

That makes alot sense. Your name is important and permission needs to be granted before someone can just go using your name as they please.
